I initially started working with Eliot on the Film Photo Award years ago, taking on some of the front-end website development work from another designer. Over time, I took on more management and eventually gave the website a complete design refresh. I kept the brand colors and the essence of the logo, modernizing both their use and updating the brand fonts to be more in-line with the desire of this non-profit to help carry film photography into the future. Working together with Eliot, I create social, email, and website designs for the Film Photo Award. I also get to interview artists (Kristina Knipe, 徐冠宇 Guanyu Xu, Matthew Leifheit) sometimes to see what they’re doing with their awarded film, among other things .
